• News and operational updates (planned works, shutdowns, disruptions)
• Fault reporting and on-call service (who to contact and what counts as urgent)
• Common areas and bookings (laundry room, storage)
• Rules and guidelines (house rules, rubbish/recycling, permitted hours for disruptive works)
• Renovations and alterations (permits, checklists, responsibilities)
• Subletting and transfers (procedures, forms and conditions)
• Documents and forms (articles of association, meeting minutes, contact details)
